    Neutral oil — 1 tsp

1 tbsp = 15 mL · 1 tsp = 5 mL. Adjust gochujang and doenjang to taste; saltiness varies by brand. For extra sweetness, add honey a little at a time instead of sugar.

Method

Mix soy powder and dilution water, then honey and lime juice. Julienne cucumber and carrot.

Stir-fry beef in oil and finish with the sauce. Once it reaches 63°C/145°F, rest for 3 minutes.

Briefly dip each wrapper in lukewarm water. Lay it flat and add a quarter of the lettuce, vegetables and beef.

Fold in the sides and roll snugly to make four rolls. Keep them separated and serve promptly.

Tips

Let the beef stop steaming before rolling so it does not tear the wrappers.

Mix Young Food soy sauce powder with an equal volume of water first. Taste before serving and adjust, as saltiness varies by product.

YOUNG FOOD A little sweet. A little bold.
